How Evidence Is Verified
- The asset must be real and traceable to a product, installation, material, QC, packaging, or buyer question.
- Permission and privacy must be checked before publishing.
- Captions must be factual and should not exaggerate results.
- No fake reviews, fake ratings, fake before/after, or invented customer stories should be used.

- Video demonstrations
- FAQ update records from real buyer questions
Publishing Gate
- Use real assets only; do not publish AI-generated or invented evidence as verified proof.
- Confirm permission and remove faces, license plates, VIN, order numbers, phone numbers, addresses, and private customer data.
- Write captions that explain what the asset proves and what it does not prove.
- Map each approved asset to one Evidence Center page and at least one Knowledge Center guide.
